I am very interested to know your thoughts on the absurd idea, that Starmer has agreed to it is an idea from his beloved EU, that we in the UK have breathalysers fitted to our cars?

I think this a a crazy idea for the following:

It is unhygienic, imagine if you hire a car you won’t have any idea who has been using the gadget previously, do they have cold sores, do they have an illness, let’s not forget what can be passed on whilst breathing.

You take your car for a service the engineer has to use the gadget to test the car, the same as above applies.

I realise that sanitizers will be used but I am sorry I still don’t fancy the idea that I have to use my gadget after someone, that I don’t know, has been breathing into.

Using sanitizers is another problem - what is used in making a sanitizer- alcohol, how will Muslims or other none drinkers feel about that? What about an alcoholic what would happen to them, I know it is all hypocritical but it could happen?

When the police use breathalysers once used they are disposed of, if the gadgets used in cars are once only use do we suddenly have millions of used plastic breathalyser kits to be disposed of?

Just my thoughts but I would be interested to know what opinions board members have on, to my mind, a really idiotic idea also a very unhealthy one at that.
