Ex pat Board regular Tom Barker born WW2 worked in the shipyards & eventually left as a £10 Pom to Australia for many many years. He now lives in Scarborough in England and often reminices about his hometown of Hebburn.
On his walk abouts he visited Hebburn's 'Ellison Hall' where he often had to go to the old Infirmary.
He was accosted by one of Hebburn's latest residents telling him to LEAVE, as this is PRIVATE PROPERTY. As a typical Geordie, Tom took some photos of the Hall. Here they are below being accosted & sent packing by this fella.
