The owner no matter who became owner because he paid the most. Like most people with a listed building he would be making the most of available grants for the roof or other parts of the building, countless others have done the same. The building was closed for a considerable time before it was bought, it was up for sale ahain around 2015 whether it changed hands I don't know, but we are getting a lot of rumours and hearsay.

Facts are needed before conclusions are made as things can be misconstrued, I wouldn't like to see anyone in possible bother so be careful of hearsay.
