I think the government trying to keep it all a secret is what is annoying everyone. HMO’s are springing up all over the country . There was a BBC guy interviewing a man living in Warrington. The houses look like nice Edwardian or Victorian Villa's. He said his neighbours house last housed a family and it is now a HMO, then he pointed at others changing to HMOs. I don’t think it will be cheaper than Hotels. We should be careful what we wish for. They have doctor’s to visit them. The doctors must do this, or they will loose they funding.
