You fill in a questionnaire, If you can find it to fill in.
Older folk or those that cannot find or work it can on the phone have the receptionist complete it ( that block the phone line).
Most of these type of things put us old folk off or just cannot manage.
Since last Friday we have been trying to find out if a particular injection can be given if it’s less than 6 months before an Opn.
We and our daughter been trying to clarify things. Got no where so cancelled the injection but that took 3 days to be able contact someone to cancel. Kicked from one person to another.
Total time wasted 5 hours for us and probably the same for our daughter.
Digital anything is usually very difficult for us older folk. We sort of just manage. The term user friendly no longer exists I think.
