Couldn't agree more Alan. Far too much digital. When it goes wrong, it creates chaos. My doctors is the same but ask a receptionist a question and they panic. I remember corner gossip shops where life was about people but today it's supermarket machinery and grab quick money. The world has gone digitally crackers!
