All will be revealed tomorrow Norman. Sadly now if your son employed someone who couldn’t do the job, the best he could do to get rid of him would be to offer him a double figure sum to temp him to resign. I’ve heard a few instances where this has happened. I’d be surprised at anyone being sacked these days.
