Why should we, the Tax Payer, have to fund this kind of lifestyle, why should OAPs have to worry if they can eat or heat their houses when Rachel from Accounts is going to tax us so much to pay for such luxury for the never ending number of scroungers, oh I nearly forgot we have to keep the migrants happy as well???

That’s the point Sheila we just can’t carry on paying all of these so called Welfare benefits there comes a time when there will be no money left, then what happens?

I would like to know if deliberately telling lies on a CV is an offence?
If my son Simon gave a job to a Motor Mechanic at his Garage and just like Rachel Reeves he also had lied on his CV and wasnt a Mechanic, my son would sack him. You cant have liars working on Car Braking systems, doing MOTs etc.
So why is a Bank Clerk allowed to do this coming Budget and hitting UK citizens with taxes etc, whilst giving £BILLIONS to Invaders & places like Pakistan & India????????????????????????/
She is a Con Woman and getting away with it & laughing all the way to the Bank as she is apparently a millionaire now,

All will be revealed tomorrow Norman. Sadly now if your son employed someone who couldn’t do the job, the best he could do to get rid of him would be to offer him a double figure sum to temp him to resign. I’ve heard a few instances where this has happened. I’d be surprised at anyone being sacked these days.

On the contrary, Sheila. When I was in the engineering industry, if someone told lies on their CV, or during the interview, that was grounds for instant dismissal, and NO Union could defend it.
A key question was always "Do you have any existing medical condition, that would prevent you from carrying out your duties within our company?"

Malcom, I’ve no experience of the engineering industry , but one of the people who got a nice pay off from an educational establishment forgot to mention he couldn’t read or write, mind he was black so perhaps
he raised the racist card. The other was caught with his hand in the till after losing a lot of money again it was decided to offer him cash, as he was Eastern European perhaps again the old racist tag that made them pay out. Get sacked and it’s an immediately followed by an unfair dismissal tribunal.

Requirement of a CV

A CV, It should reflect a persons qualifications for a job, however that’s not always so.

It all depends on the job. A person with experience in another field can bring advantages.

The Chancellor of the Exchequer only has to be a member of Parliament no financial experience required but it helps.

In the case of the currant holder she is a Political Appointee. ( Q those that appointed her ?? ?)

Any CV should be checked by the employers and rechecked at interview time. Remember that the CV only shows what the person has done, it may not show what an employer is looking for or their suitability.

Of the 10 jobs that I had with various companies I only remember writing 1 CV. My qualifications and where I worked enough.

In the Structural Steelwork trade in the NE it was almost like everybody knew everybody in the 60’s, most of the jobs that I had were through contacts sort of old pals.

Ensure that your son has all the paperwork in a line and any witness statements etc. unfortunately it will require legal input in case it goes to court.

He has to ensure that there is no comeback to his business for work carried out by an unqualified member of staff before that person was found out.

Hope you get my drift.

Simon is a businessman & ran businesses for 30 plus years employing many people.I think he might know what to do regarding taking on new employees

My error, but why be so disparaging to me. Only trying to be helpful.

Regarding RR does anyone know how accurate her CV is if she ever had or needed one. Those she worked with should know true or false.
