Hi Stan. I can't recall the pressure used, but pretty high.
We had originally used laser cutting, but you get a Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) along the cut-line, which is no go for welding, so has to be dressed back.
With water jet cutting, no HAZ, so clean, then weld.

Quicker, cheaper, and very accurate.
