A lot of HMO's are targeted towards students as college accommodation of which many have been built recently and continue to be built charge an absolute fortune per month. I don't dispute that some house asylum seekers but certainly not all. Not all students can afford the exorbitant rent of the college accommodation and HMO's are more realistically priced accommodation for a lot of students.
