Its a hell of a problem, authorities closed over 700 last year, but there's over 500 still on the go that they know about, God knows how many new ones have popped up the authorities don't know about. Even when they close them down the tips have to be taken down, it will cost hundreds of thousands per site to clean them up.I wonder who'll pick up the bill.
