Broad Geordie, as you can imagine (they all sounded "posh") and constantly asked "Are you from Scotland?" Imagine my reply... NO..."Oh, from Wales, then"
"Am from Hebburn!" (Still in a geordie accent)..
I just couldn't understand why they couldn't understand what I was saying...although I could understand what THEY were saying....
Got me into a LOT of fights...as I thought they were just taking the mick...asking to "say that again.." repeatedly!!!
