I was brought up in South Parade, Bill Quay, it is a small street with young families living there, I have just been told that one of the small houses has been bought and will be turned into an HMO with 6 bedrooms. As you can imagine the families living in South Parade are not happy, they are very concerned as to who will be dumped at their doors, families with young children are very worried, I would be obliged if you can sign the petition.
