I also have a problem with communications in this matter. When attempting to sign the petition, I am asked to prove I am not a robot. As the pictures used to determine this are unclear in the extreme, I fail this test repeatedly and cannot complete the document. After a few attempts, I gave up. Perhaps I have a problem of which I was not previously aware However, others may have encountered similar difficulties and the petition is losing out in its quest for signatures. Just a thought.
