Read billboards? Insane idea to take one's eyes off the road. So many boards posted telephone numbers . . . as if I would take the time to read them and jot the numbers down. I can't even tell anyone what those things advertised.

Route 4 could be just as congested. Driving in some areas was tight - narrow lanes. And there was a parade of boards there too. Nuts!!
