If they approach an Hispanic person on a job site and immediately tackle him to the ground and put cuffs on him and punch him in the face and put a knee in his back, yeah, that's wrong.
If they approach an Hispanic person and say "What's your name" and he tells them, and then "And what's your address" and he tells them, and then "Are you an American citizen" and he says "Yes", and they put that info into their database and it all checks out...and THEN they tackle him to the ground and put cuffs on him and punch him in the face and put a knee in his back, yeah, that's wrong.
