You've touched on your various religious pursuits and permit yourself as okey dokey, if there is a God, but you lack the spiritual rebirth Christ talked about.

And in harmony with others here, with some background in religious activity, still fail to see and hear God's presence in your life.

The ability of humans to make themselves their own gods and center of existence is a learned activity born of sinful nature and resistance to The Creator of everything.

Honor yourself and others of the same disposition and the end result is the same. You're alone in this world and in the eternity in front of you, just too ashamed to say you're wrong.

That's why Jesus told man to repent, they were heading in the wrong direction... together.
