Not really sure what he means by "converting" to Christianity. He says he likes the idea of waking up in heaven after he dies as a result of living a "good life". And he figures he really has nothing to lose. If it doesn't work out, then he wouldn't be any worse of than if he remained an athiest.
While I don't think he has it down yet, and I don't understand why he is waiting, I hope that he does find what he is looking for in Jesus Christ.
