Do activists have the right to enter a church during worship and disrupt the service?

How about disrupting services at a Mosque?

Or at a Synagogue?

We all know that abortion facilities are the "holy of holies" and must not be defiled by the presence of activists. So, why would it okay to violate a different place of worship?
