Batteries. We are recharged during sleep. I take a nap every day.

Groggy upon awakening. But soon enough I’m alert and re-energized. However the recharge does not last as long. Soon enough there will be no recharge. A dead battery. Your post just reminded me to take my two pills. Whoever said that BS about growing old gracefully?
