I sleep nine or ten hours a night. My naps are an hour or more each and it vary between one, two, or three naps a day. We age differently and no way to know how each will age. The main thing is to focus on what we still can do, and on what we still can enjoy. Working in a nursing home taught me how useless complaining and moaning about it is. Meanwhile a sense of humor is a great help in dealing with aging.
