MAJOR UPDATE: "Maybe you're not such a bad egg, Lisle-y"
The meat fell right off the bone as I went to eat it and it wasn’t as if I could tell I was eating fat so I figure it worked well enough
I guess if I really wanted to go at a lower temp for longer it might render a little more but that’s more effort than I care to put into it. I was pretty pleased with how it turned out so I’m not gonna bother. 10.5 hours of cook time is enough for me
