it was getting cold out and I didn’t want to keep going outside
But more importantly my smoker wasn’t holding temp even though I’d loaded it with charcoal when I started, and rather than put more in I figured it would be easier to finish in the oven. At that point I’m not really adding any more smoke flavor to the meat so it might as well be an oven anyways
