As far as museums and such, there is just a shit ton to see. We spent I think 6-7 days there and could not get through it all.

Smithsonian zoo (might be the only chance to see pandas in the US right now)

The Capitol tour was interesting but surreal being there after the Jan 6 riot.
Air and space was kinda meh to my family.
