So, they have to sell direct. There's a pretty solid chance you'll see "people actually loved malört VDR?! Well, we had no choice but to release it as it's own product!!!"

They took an ipa, and removed the bitterness and amplified the juiciness/sweetness. Now, they're taking that orange juice and adding distilled bitterness to it, and I'm assuming it tastes very close to a normal IPA.

In looking at it some more, the roulette pack is only available at New Belgium in Fort Collins. That context makes it a bit more fun as opposed to stumbling across the 6 pick in your local store and not realizing what you’re getting.
