 Previous Message I've got like 7 lbs to go to my body weight goal. Now at 15% body fat. Went from XXL to M t-shirts, 52 to 42 jacket size, 40+ down to 34 pants. Can finally run (not fast) again without dropping to a walk. Still going because I want to lose this little pouch at the bottom of my stomach, but it's shrinking day by day. Never again.
