We rented a place close to start/finish back in January. Today they let us know that they have to cancel because of the previous renter left it uninhabitable.

Of course, almost everything is gone, and what’s left either 1) sucks or 2) crazy expensive. We found something and the only reason we did was we were in a position to downsize but we’re a little further away now.

But miraculously enough we were looking at other places in the neighborhood, and the place that cancelled on us resurrected like Jesus from the grave, at double the price.
