There's room in Uptown Charlotte if MLB wants to put a team there

There is the former Charlotte Pipe & Foundry, where Tepper wants to build a whole sports complex. They could add on to the Knights stadium and move the Knights. Or, most likely, they would just locate the stadium outside of Uptown Charlotte.
I think the chances of an MLB team in Raleigh are 0.0%
