Granola/ oatmeal/ grapefruit juice for breakfast.
PB&J 1% milk fruit for lunch. Baked chicken/spinach salad for dinner would be typical. A carb, maybe a baked potato or homebaked bread. I control my ingredients; never eat prepared foods. Still same height and weight as at 25. But as I've posted before, I established a workout/diet routine at 25 that I've stuck with for 42 years. Two hikes/walks a day, weights at night. Only change I ever made from my routine at 25 was, about 10 years ago, I lowered the weights and increased reps so net weight lifted is the same. It's worked for me. No aches or pains, nothing I do makes me tired. Can go all day at just about anything.
