Holy hell that place one can easily get into the four figures and not even make it halfway through the place.

I’ve had Sam’s Club membership before, mainly because it was much closer to where we lived but now that Costco is a mere 10min drive, I joined.

PB&J 1% milk fruit for lunch.

Baked chicken/spinach salad for dinner would be typical. A carb, maybe a baked potato or homebaked bread.

I control my ingredients; never eat prepared foods.

Still same height and weight as at 25. But as I've posted before, I established a workout/diet routine at 25 that I've stuck with for 42 years.

Two hikes/walks a day, weights at night. Only change I ever made from my routine at 25 was, about 10 years ago, I lowered the weights and increased reps so net weight lifted is the same.

It's worked for me. No aches or pains, nothing I do makes me tired. Can go all day at just about anything.

we did the executive too. groupon had a $40 reward and then the store had a $50 reward both for joining executive so a "free" $90 was nice
