Previous Message I went to the hotel restaurant and was greeted by the pretty, young hostess with a friendly “bonjour.” I replied with a friendly “bonjour” and she immediately switched to English. I guess she figured a Texan couldn’t speak fluent French. She was correct. But she was very interested in whether I did cowboy stuff. That day, I did.
