Yeah we have several those. KSU is the only one he applied to just to ensure he got in somewhere.
We expect him to get into a few more but not all of them. We’re worried about Georgia Tech. Previous Message Previous Message But now only a few selective schools (Pitt, PSU, Minny apparently) have it. Replaced by early action I guess. Previous Message UVA, and George Washington. I think of those, Georgetown is the only one which sends decisions back before mid-January. American and PSU are also on his list, but PSU requires some extra materials and is rolling admissions, while American doesn’t have EA. Georgetown is his first choice but I don’t know if he’ll get in, or if we would be able to afford it if he does. Hard to justify any of the others over UMD, which is as good as any of them except UVA (and not far behind there) while being a third or a quarter the cost. Previous Message Regular Decision to Wisconsin, Georgia Tech, Georgia, Duke. He's not getting into Duke. Hopefully will get into Illinois and Ga Tech as those are his 2A and 2B choices. Duke is 1. Previous Message All the apps are in except for a few privates.
