That articulates why they would want to spend more on pitching. I think it would be their clear priority to finish their offseason if they can and it's the place they can make the biggest improvement to their roster. I'd be surprised if they weren't actively looking to add what resources they have left to their pitching staff. Top priority is another starter with a possible bench OF bat as well.
