Illinois does require employers to pay out unused vacation time to employees upon separation, but use-it-or-lose-it policies are allowed. For example my employer allows only one week of vacation to roll over, resulting in a fun scramble to use up time in November and December every year. 😒 Previous MessagePrevious Message
