Anyone ever smoked (or prepared) beef chuck short ribs?

Honestly, I’d never really heard of them. I’ve heard of beef short ribs. I’ve heard of beef chuck. But these looked really good and had nice marbling and were a prime cut for cheap at Costco. Ima try to smoke them today. I used a dark amaro from my new employer as binder for the rub.
