now, for the colleges especially, and also for the students. Some kids are taking these tests 4 and 5 times.

FWIW, mini took 2 SATs and 2 ACTs and used his ACT superscore.

Because apparently, a couple of the schools he's looking at will let you not only take your best scores of multiple retakes, but will allow you to take your best score on each section and combine them into one composite score.
