I'm not so worried about my doctor knowing their shit as long as the hospital at least
employs one grizzled old attending who will wander by and present a miraculous diagnosis merely on the basis of some seemingly random unrelated offhand comment.  Previous Message they will do everything possible to keep you from flunking out the last 3 years, because if you do, the school will have to refund the $ back to the state. Pretty scary knowing there are doctors who barely scraped by. I know the students eventually need to pass their boards, but I really want my doctor to know their shit
