Because apparently, a couple of the schools he's looking at will let you not only take your best scores of multiple retakes, but will allow you to take your best score on each section and combine them into one composite score.

they will do everything possible to keep you from flunking out the last 3 years, because if you do, the school will have to refund the $ back to the state.

Pretty scary knowing there are doctors who barely scraped by.

I know the students eventually need to pass their boards, but I really want my doctor to know their shit

I'm not so worried about my doctor knowing their shit as long as the hospital at least

now, for the colleges especially, and also for the students. Some kids are taking these tests 4 and 5 times.

FWIW, mini took 2 SATs and 2 ACTs and used his ACT superscore.

Bunch of kids with perfect scores in the agregate. Still super hard to get to a perfect score, usually our district has 2 or so. This time there were like 12.

That’s always how it’s been. At least, that’s my exact memory of how it worked when I took them*
