the dog is 12. They took it to the vet to see if there was some physical reason for the aggressive behavior. The vet said no, just that that the dog is older.
Well, within the past month, the dog has bit the owner’s elderly mom in the face and bit the owner in the face. They made the decision to take the dog to the owner’s East Texas ranch and take the dog for a final long walk in the woods and handle the situation.
Is there anything else they could have done? I guess a muzzle for times other than feeding, but that seems cruel.
They probably did the right thing, right?
