It's OK to age and get older. Everyone does it, it's a part of life, and part of the reason we are taught to respect our elders. Only a malignant narcissist would insist that not only are they not aging, but that they are aging in reverse and have more energy at 80 than they had in their 20's. It's fucking pathological.
