sure, there's a county in Wyoming that has no people in in it, so there's no jury of your peers to answer to if/when a ravine full of bodies is discovered. I'm sure that's a thing. And selling your property after you've inherited it somehow absolves you from the monstrous inheritance tax that forced you to sell it in the first place
