I agree with down below maybe 30-60 minutes on the regular. If you are in a middle school and teachers are unaware what the others are doing, they should be. If

school they should really be taking care of “the whole kid” as they enter these waters and not starting them with Stress Bombs.

My 6th grader is doing a minimum of 2 hours every night - some nights it's 2.5-3 but 2 is the absolute daily minimum.
