this morning is wild. From what I can gather, the government presented a filing signed by one DOJ attorney. The judge ordered them to refile with more. There are four DOJ attorneys at the hearing, apparently she then ordered them all, for rule 11 purposes, to step up and sign.

Any lawyers (or attorneys) here tracking this that can explain what's going on, besides the DOJ lying to the court?
