Previous Message Americans won't do. We have construction work in Texas where we pay $20+/hr and those jobs go unfilled. Similar for our plant operators. We need more people in this country or the work won't get done. The problem I have is that those companies support people in congress who are not constructive when it comes to immigration. Previous Message ....like what we can do to help in the countries (like Venezuela) where these people are coming from to make people want to stay home, or cracking down on employers that are illegally employing the undocumented. We just do the easy, stupid, symbolic thing that doesn't even address a good portion of the illegal immigrants that are here on visa over stays. WALL! It's the American way.
