do you prefer walking or subway? Archived Message

If you like to walk most everywhere, Times Sq. is good for centrality. We stayed near 39th & 9th last March, and it was fairly easy to walk and cover different areas each day. North to Central Park, West to the High Line and Hudson Yards and Greenwich Village, South to Chinatown and Battery, East to Brooklyn Bridge and lower East Side. If you’re more likely to take the subway, might as well stay somewhere more interesting and less touristy and congested. The weather in January is more likely to suck, so subway may be the better option
