Previous Message Previous Message 13 months of exactly 4 weeks each + 1 "new year's day" holiday (or 2 if it's a leap year). no more stupid rhyme you have to remember. "30 days hath" no month. they all hath 28. all of them. the year starts march 1st. roughly coincides with the spring, a symbolic rebirth. it also makes the names of the months make sense again (september = 7th month, october = 8, november = 9, december = 10).
