Plus very few established companies are hiring remotely so that leaves you contained to the market you live in (in my case, STL. Not ideal). I had coffee on Friday with a guy that is being “quiet fired” by Amazon. Basically, move to Seattle or resign. He’s in sales with customers scattered around the country. It’s dumb.
