245lbs on bench (4 times) this morning and I'm keeping up with doing a half hour of cardio after I lift followed by 5-10 minutes of cooldown stretching. Monday-Friday 5am-6 30 or 7am, depending on the day. Only downside is I'm getting into work a little later, but the tradeoff is worth it. Previous Message My workouts are going great, even started doing squats and deadlifts again. I have just been too busy to really lose weight, this will be the same. I have dinner out three times, a bulls game, bowling, a big gala on Saturday, and then the Super Bowl on Sunday. Hoping to really ramp up the weight loss after that.
