I get beans from a local roaster. Also, a bigger local roaster supplies Costco locally.

The local roaster is more of a treat. My daily driver is the Costco (local roaster) or one of their other brands that they cycle in.
But I also make one good cup a day, not a pot of OK coffee. So I go through it pretty slowly.
