"23.1.3 Annual DE&I Training and Education. The Commissioner shall develop and implement an annual training and education program for the athletics directors and senior staff of member institutions concerning and addressing people, culture, and community in athletics, such as best practices for improving diversity in hiring and retention of talent, advancing workplace equity, and addressing implicit bias. The Commissioner shall, as appropriate, identify and retain consultants to provide guidance concerning such program and to provide training and education and shall provide updates to the Chief Executive Officers, on at least a quarterly basis, concerning the consultants retained and the implementation of the training and education program.
